General Rules

The last date of submission of application forms will be displayed on the notice board

The admission in B.A.I, B.Sc.I & B.Com. I will be strictly on the merit besis
2.
In all the other classes the eligible students will get direct admission.
3.
The number of students per class is fixed as per the Govt. rules, so the desired candidates must take admission as early as possible.
4.
The Govt. & University rules and regulations are strictly followed to decide the number of students quota, eligibility, admissions fees & the documents to be attached.
5.
A candidate must fill up the admission form in prescribed format in his/her own handwriting.
6.
Incomplete forms, forms having false information will not be take into consideration for admission and such candidates will not be given admission.
7. Candidates expecting admission in 11th standard must compulsorily attach school leaving certificate, original marksheet and true-copies of the both (two copies each) along with the admission form.
8. A candidate who passed the qualifying exam. from any other Board/University & desires to seek admission should submit an eligibility certificate.
9. Admission will be provisional subject to the approval of the university and is liable to be cancelled at any time if the applicant has given false information.
10. for University nomination the students of B.A.I, B.Sc.I and B.Com.I must submt the origingal marksheet (of all attempts) & true copies (2 copies each) along with the admisssion form
11. All the regular students of college should confirm their admission within 15 days of declatation of University exam. results and declared qualified for further edcaution.
12. Students from other Universities, students seeking admission in mid-term, students passed from other afiliated colleges of Amravati University shall have to abide the rules of the college and of the admission committee.
13. Students seeking admission in Junior and Senior college will have to pay the fees prescribed within the given period. It must be noted that nobody will be given any kind of concession in any case.
14. Students who cancel their admission will not get back the admission fees.
15. At the time of admission, preference will be given to the candidates having special skills in different games and sports.
16 The Pricipal may amend the rules of admission at his discrition. In exceptional cases the Principal will have every right to deny admission to any candidate. The Principal's decision in all matters related to admission shall be final.
   
Admission Procedure
Admission procedure will start immidiately after the declaration fo results of SSC, HSC and University exams.
The college has established an Admission Committee for the guideance of students. Members of the committee will be availabele for their help during the prescribed time. Students should contact the committee members.
